What Is CVProMax?

Your experience is the inventory. The CV is the shelf.

A strong candidate can still look like a weak fit when the CV hides the evidence a job actually asks for. CVProMax is built around that exact problem: find the evidence you already have, map it to the role, and surface what is missing.

The skill uses an Evidence Graph so the same source record can support the CV, cover letter, application strategy, company research, and interview stories. That keeps ownership, metrics, scope, technologies, and seniority consistent.

When the evidence is not there, the system does not fill the gap with polished prose. It marks the claim UNKNOWN, GAPS it honestly, or asks the smallest useful question that could resolve it.

Build a reusable Career Profile and Achievement Bank from the candidate's real history. Every important claim keeps its evidence source and confidence state.

Parse

Normalize the target Job Description into must-haves, preferred requirements, responsibilities, seniority, technology, domain signals, keywords, constraints, and unknowns.

Match

Classify each important requirement as MATCH, ADJACENT, GAP, or UNKNOWN and show the evidence behind the decision instead of inventing a glossy match percentage.

Ask

The Question Engine asks only high-value questions when missing evidence could materially improve the CV, positioning, cover letter, or interview preparation.

Tailor
